Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Get Cabs operates a customer-friendly, transparent cancellation policy.

1. Free Cancellation Window

• Outstation & Tour Bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time with 100% refund of any advance paid.
• Airport & City Point-to-Point Rides: Free cancellation up to 30 minutes prior to pickup time.

2. Late Cancellations

If a ride is cancelled after the driver has already been dispatched and arrived at the pickup location, a standard dry-run cancellation fee of ₹150 (city) or ₹300 (outstation) applies to compensate the driver for fuel consumed.

3. Refund Processing

Any eligible refunds are credited back to your original payment mode (UPI, GPay, Bank Transfer) within 24-48 business hours.
